Introducing Dr Naras Lapsys – Nutrition & anti-aging consultant Dr Naras Lapsys understands that nutrition and lifestyle play a critical role in how long and how well we live. By addressing dietary patterns, sleep, exercise and well-being, we can:

I believe that every person’s situation is unique and, as such, my approach is individualized and highly tailored to your needs. I carry out detailed investigation into your eating habits and behaviors, lifestyle choices and current state of health. I use evidence-based Western medicine, science and anti-aging medicine as a platform for all my advice and services. I remain current with emerging trends in nutrition, am forward-thinking and innovative. All individuals are welcome, privacy and confidentiality are assumed, and I provide an environment of trust and respect.

ACCREDITED PRACTISING DIETITIAN
Following a 10- year period as senior scientist at world- renowned Garvan Institute of Medical Research, Dr Lapsys opened his first nutrition consultancy in Sydney, Australia. Spanning a 14-year period of face-to-face consultations, Dr Lapsys helped thousands of individuals ranging from the very unwell through to elite and professional athletes. He developed strong relationships amongst medical specialists, GP’s and his community. Dr Lapsys continued to study whilst working and became arguably one of Australia’s most qualified nutrition specialists and an expert in his field. About our Consultations
Initial Session – 60min ($250 SGD)
At the first consultation, I take a thorough assessment of your health status, diet and lifestyle habits. We identify your goals and establish the key strategies required to achieve them. Combining this information, I build a specific eating and lifestyle plan that is complete, targeted to your needs and easy to follow. You finish the first session with a detailed written plan and all supporting educational material.
Reviews – 30min ($125 SGD)
Long-term success lies in continued motivation and commitment. Accountability, measuring progress and regularly reviewing goals helps to stay on-track. Review sessions allow the opportunity to provide feedback, identify obstacles and to adjust the plan. Changes in health status and body composition are also monitored during reviews.
Couples & Families – 120min ($470 SGD)
Couples and families can benefit from combined consultations. Greater success can be achieved from making changes together and supporting one another. The services offered for families are the same as those offered for individual consultations.
Online Face to Face Consultations
I am pleased to offer complete assessments and on-going consultation using video conferencing, phone or email. These formats are ideal for people living in remote areas, internationally or are unable to attend face-to-face meetings. Video conference sessions follow the same format as one-on-one consultations and have proven to be very effective. Payment for remote consultations can be made using direct funds transfer, credit card and Paypal
Home and Office Consultations
Complete assessments and consultations can be organised in the privacy of your home or office for an additional fee.
